What kind of sale is best for you?
Every situation is different, the following is only intended as some general information.
Call, text or email us and we can evaluate your needs and customize a sale to fit your needs.
When we say "we do it all" we really do!
We handle everything start to finish.
You don’t even need to be present, keys can be mailed and contracts signed electronically.
You’re welcome to be involved as much or as little as you like.
The home will be left broom clean, all trash removed and any unsold items removed per your request.

What exactly is an Onsite Estate Sale?
Items are priced and displayed for shoppers to browse throughout the entire house and garage. We have a helpful staff to assist shoppers, answer questions and help in any way needed.
We attempt to sell everything in the home down to the half bottle of dish soap.
Some folks are after a specific item they saw in the advertisements and some just browse. Many treat a sale as a treasure hunt and attend multiple sales every week, it can become addicting for some.
Onsite sales are a great choice in a well populated area with available parking and easy access.
HOA and gated communities also work great if they are allowed.
We can often conduct theses sales on very short notice.

- Acquire any local required permits
- Acquire permission from HOA if applicable
- Research and determine fair market value pricing using multiple sources
- Prepare and display all items for sale
- Advertise sale in all appropriate venues
- Fully staff and conduct the sale
- Leave property empty, broom cleaned or whatever condition desired by client
- Provide a fully detailed reconciliation of the sale
